Additions to the previous version:
Fixed errors in energy conservation equation. I had initially been using the equation from Bryan, Norman, et al. (Comp Phys Comm, 1995), but Pascal and I switched over to a different version somewhere along the way for whatever reason I cannot remember. As this new version of the equation has different units than those used by Enzo, and this equation is used to generate a fluid energy correction term, I have switched back to the form of the equation used within Enzo.
