Made /usr/local/pgi read/write

Couldn't start lmgrd service for PGI licensing, had to export /usr/local/pgi as rw on ws, and mount is as rw on master.

Restricted su, root ssh, added group

Restricted su to wheel group. Added a 'staff' group and gave them control over '/data/datasets'. Gave Alexei and Gregg accounts.

Aspen authcopy broken

Distributed ssh_config to nodes

Distibuted master:/etc/ssh/ssh_config out to the nodes, this includes James's correction to EnableSSHKeysign.

Made a common data directory.

Created two new groups "researchers" and "students". Added a /data/common, owned by nobody:researchers, with the group bit set. Moved existing datasets into /data/common/ppadoan. Fixed (?) Paolo's home directory.

Made users and groups consistent across cluster.

Updated /etc/passwd, /etc/group, /etc/shadow, /etc/sudoers on node10 and ws from master. These are the files authcopy is supposed to move, but doesn't seem to.
